 About Luna

Luna is FundMore's in-product Navigation Assistant, an AI-powered chat widget built into the FundMore platform. Trained on FundMore's knowledge base, Luna answers platform questions in real time so users can self-serve without leaving the application.

Luna handles navigation and "how do I…?" questions and accepts in-app Feedback.

 

Note: Luna answers questions based on FundMore's knowledge base only. For organization-specific configuration or data questions, contact your FundMore Client Success team or internal administrator.

 Accessing Luna

Luna is available as a floating widget in the corner of every FundMore screen. No separate login or setup is required.

To open Luna:

  1. Click the Luna icon in the bottom corner of the FundMore interface.
  2. The widget expands to show the Chat and Feedback sections.

 

To close, click the Luna icon again or click anywhere outside the widget.

 

Note: If you do not have Luna enabled in your environment and you would like it enabled, please reach out to our customer success team.

Your conversations inside Luna are not used to train AI models. All data is processed in compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
